Winery Tasting & Tour: Chateau Massaya
Join us as we tour Lebanon's top winery, Chateau Massaya with owner Sami Ghosn. This is world-class wine, in partnership with France's Vieux Telegraphe. We will taste through four of the country's top wines while checking out the vineyards and getting to ask questions to the people behind this unique wine.

Petersons New Wines Tasting and Talk
Petersons has some wines that just arrived in Singapore. Be among the first to taste these gems from this iconic producer and join us, if you would like, for a zoom tasting and discussion where we go through the wines! A great Friday evening affair.

Taste on Your Own: Ridge Vineyards
Grab a tasting pack and learn and try California’s Iconic Ridge Vineyards. This tasting includes the last two bottles of the 2013 Estate Merlot left in Singapore. From obscurity to cult status, Ridge Vineyards continues to craft absolutely stunning wines from the Santa Cruz Mountains and Napa Valley. This tasting also includes one of the best California red blends, in the 2011 Monte Bello. The Monte Bello won the second edition of the Judgement of Paris in 1986 and continues to show just how beautiful California wines can be. Get your tasting on anytime during the week!

Taste as you go: Slovenia's Kabaj
Slovenia's Kabaj is at heart a love story. Jean-Michel Morel and Katja Kabaj met in Northern Italy and soon later were married. The Kabaj's had grown grapes for generations, but Morel was a Bordeaux-trained winemaker who thought, "hey, let's make some amazing, world-class wines in Slovenia." And that is exactly what they did. He uses minimal intervention and long ageing to craft elegant wines that have unique degrees of skin maceration, from 7 days to over one-year. He is a rockstar and has quickly become seen as the "Gandalf of winemaking" as a result of his Covid beard. He is a unique character and has drown on his French winemaking background to show a different side from the often bitter and massive acid attacks of other skin-contact wines on the market! Enjoy.

Lake's Folly Vertical Tasting
One of Australia's oldest wineries, cult producer Lake's Folly in Hunter Valley, has been crafting beautiful wines for decades. This is your chance to learn and taste four different vintages of their flagship Cabernets wine as well as a 2012 Chardonnay. These are spectacular wines that will show you how earthy and purity of fruit wines from the Hunter can be. A great opportunity!

Tuesday Tasting: Stolpman Vineyards
Founding winery of Ballard Canyon in Santa Barbara, Stolpman Vineyards has long been a pioneer in innovation and viticulture. Today, with Peter Stolpman at the helm, the winery has grown to new levels, winning major awards and producing unique minimal intervention wines with a focus on Syrah, Grenache, Mouvedre and Sangiovese. Their Uni white wine was created after conversations with a sushi chef. This is a must not miss tasting before the arrival for the first time ever of their wines in Singapore later this fall/winter.

Tuesday Tasting: M. Chapoutier Hermitage Mounier de la Sizeranne
Our 4th instalment of Tuesday Tasting, where you taste on your own with an e-packet sent along with five samples, we are focusing on M. Chapoutier, one of the Rhone Valley’s most famous producers. Organic and biodynamic, the Chapoutier name evokes elegance and beauty when thinking of Chateauneuf-du-Pape and its classic nature in the southern Rhone. We are also including a beautiful 1996 Saint-Joseph Blanc that is astonishing!

Tuesday Tasting: Herdade Do Rocim
This week we are focusing on the top winery from Portugal’s Alentejo region, Herdade do Rocim. This producer does some pretty amazing and unique things with their grapes, including a beautiful white wine aged in clay that is unlike anything you have ever tasted. Then, they do a classic single varietal Alicante Bouschet and finishing up we do the first of its kind in Portugal: an amphora made red blend that is also natural and beautiful. These are rare wines that are fascinating and elegant!
