Western Australia has a number of wine making regions and a history of wine production in Western Australia dating back to 1840. In this Sip-Size Learning session, discover the history, evolution, and impact of climate change, with wines in focus. Whilst Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon have been what the region is known for, Italian varietals are starting to emerge. Come chat with us, and taste through wines from stewards like Cullen, Leeuwin and Vasse Felixe, and up and coming producers Glenarty Road, Mr Barval, and Vineyard 28.
